How does a CONFIDENTIAL Child Custody Evaluation Report ordered by Dept 88 end up in an Affidavit filed by her client in Singapore?
See the big letters "CONFIDENTIAL" on top of the cover page?
See the "Attention" notice on the bottom? Further, the report was SEALED by the Judge on Aug26, 2009 and yet de Petris gave a copy to her client and she filed it as an Exhibit in her Singapore Affidavit.
Please look at California Family Code 3111 and Welfare and Institutions Code 827 that clearly spells out handling of a CONFIDENTIAL evaluation.
With the Superior Court budgets cut, one would think something could be done to prevent future dissemination of CONFIDENTIAL custody evaluation reports.
